These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on the e-commerce site www.zoezephyyr.com. The acquisition of a product and the validation of an order entails the unreserved acceptance of the terms of sale. The buyer therefore declares to have read it at the time of placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All products are handcrafted, each sheet is handmade and therefore unique. There may be slight manufacturing differences from one product to another. Very slight imperfections and irregularities may be present on the product due to its artisanal nature. The photos of the products are as faithful as possible, the colors may vary according to the screens. Zoezephyyr cannot guarantee perfect similarity between the item ordered and its presentation on the site.
The products are offered within the limits of available stocks. In the event of the unavailability of a product despite a customer order, Zoezephyyr undertakes to either offer you a similar product, at the same price, or to reimburse you for the product in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The validation of the basket by you entails the irrevocable acceptance of the general conditions of sale and the commitment to pay the amount due for your order.
In the event of non-payment of the order within three weeks following the passage of the said order on the site, it will be considered null and will be automatically cancelled.
Zoezephyyr reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of a difficulty concerning the order received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The prices indicated are in euros and include all taxes, excluding delivery costs. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
Zoezephyyr reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the current price which was indicated to you at the validation of your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The operation is free, at no additional cost.
Zoezephyyr does not have access to and does not store your bank details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shipping costs are determined by the number of items purchased, the shipping method chosen and the destination address. Transit times are provided by the carriers, and may therefore vary depending on the destination of your package. Please note that these delays are beyond our control and that we cannot act on them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the event that you receive a damaged item, despite the attention we pay to shipments, please contact us as soon as possible, in certain cases a complaint may be made to the carrier. More information on returns and exchanges on this page<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the french Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Returns must be made in their original condition, complete and unused. In this context, your responsibility is engaged.
